Tishreen Restaurant Nazareth
Modern Arab-Lebanese bistro in a 19th-century stone house by Mary's Well — musakhan, kebab on focaccia and a wine bar.
Tishreen sits in an ancient arched stone house facing Mary's Well. Run by brothers Musa and Samer Tannous, it pioneered the modern Arab bistro movement in Nazareth. The menu bridges traditional recipes with contemporary technique: musakhan chicken with sumac-caramelised onion on taboon bread, Tishreen kebab on focaccia and freekeh stews. Intimate stone arches, soft music and a local wine bar. Not kosher-certified. Ground floor is accessible.
